Bouquet includes:- 1 x 18″ Printed Foil Balloon 9 x 11″ Mixed plain colour latex balloons Choose your theme and we will customise for you.  All balloons are helium filled right before being sent for delivery. Bouquets are weighted down with a foil balloon weight. Our latex balloons are treated with hi-float gel to ensure maximum floating time.
