Frozen Balloon Bouquet Bouquet includes:- 1 x 31″ Double sided Printed Foil Balloon 6 x 11″ Pink & Purple Latex balloons   All balloons are helium filled right before being sent for delivery. Bouquets are weighted down with a foil balloon weight. Our latex balloons are treated with hi-float gel to ensure maximum floating time.
